MenaFemMovement and 130 organizations from over 40 countries are calling on the EBRD to stop funding fossil gas

Today MenaFemMovement and 130 organizations from over 40 countries are calling on the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to stop funding fossil gas. We have sent a joint statement to the EBRD and are launching it now on social media.

The EBRD is the third biggest funder of fossil fuels among all multilateral development banks. Its draft new Energy Strategy continues to allow space for funding fossil gas. But there’s still time to pressure the EBRD to change the strategy.

Please help us amplify this call! Together, we can show the EBRD that civil society is united in calling for no new gas investment.
